The last six months has taught us the invaluable work hospices provide to patients and their loved ones, both at home and in the hospice environments
Both Mum and Dad were looked after by our amazing local hospices Wheatfields and St Gemma's, and this support, at such a very difficult and sad time, well, it just makes all the difference.
Hospices rely on fund raising, it's shocking to learn that the NHS only fund 30% of the cost to run
So with that in mind we have signed up to jump over burning logs, climb walls, crawl through bogs and hopefully raise money
Mum would be laughing at this and Dad making sure we were safe 💜
